- Advanced cardiovascular imaging coordination (CAC, CIMT)
- Annual executive health report for you (and your team, if desired)
- Family coordination, priority onboarding for a spouse or partner
- Travel medicine support & records portability
- Specialist referral navigation with physician-to-physician handoff
Lab draw fees are included in membership panels. Medication costs, imaging, and third-party services (DEXA, CGM sensors, advanced cardiac imaging) are billed at cost by the respective provider, many are covered by insurance or HSA/FSA. Three-month initial commitment; cancel anytime thereafter with 30 days' notice.
